Job Description

Strategic Finance Leadership



  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.


  • Align financial strategies with business goals through P&L analysis and KPI monitoring.


  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and governance standards; oversee policy and process optimization.



Financial Planning & Risk Management



  • Lead cash flow, working capital, and foreign exchange management.


  • Support investment decisions with financial modeling and risk assessment.


  • Improve treasury, tax, and internal control performance in partnership with business units.



Controlling & Reporting



  • Ensure accurate reporting and smooth financial closing.


  • Lead budget and mid-term planning cycles; ensure tax compliance and audit readiness.


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all reporting matters.



Transformation & Technology Oversight



  • Manage finance transformation projects end-to-end.


  • Oversee IT governance to ensure strategic alignment, security, and operational efficiency.



Team Leadership & Talent Development



  • Build a high-performing finance team through coaching, feedback, and capability development.


  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance.



Regional Collaboration & Best Practice Sharing



  • Engage in global/regional projects and cross-market collaboration.


  • Promote knowledge exchange to localize global best practices effectively.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CIMA certified.


  • 15+ years of finance experience in MNCs, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.


  • Strong in business partnering, financial governance, and commercial acumen.


  • Solid knowledge of transfer pricing, tax compliance, and M&A exposure is a plus.


  • Proven leadership in driving strategy, change, and cross-functional collaboration.


  • Hands-on, analytical, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.


  • Trusted team builder and mentor with high integrity and structured thinking.


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages a plus.
