As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of clients within your respective sector. You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations in determining and anticipating their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialisation in order to ultimately drive the hiring process to benefit both the client and candidate. You will be a true business partner/consultant to some of the world's most reputable companies.
The Successful Applicant
- You are degree qualified from a University and possess a "can do" and motivated attitude.
- You have 1-5 years operational/sales experience within a commercial business and have demonstrated a strong flair for client facing roles.
- You have a solid track record of success in your career and an ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation.
- You are proactive, ambitious, and entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
