Job Description



  • Build strong scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders


  • Communicate clinical and scientific data aligned with corporate medical strategy


  • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in accordance with compliance standards


  • Capture and share field insights to inform internal decision-making


  • Support pre-launch activities and provide medical input to brand strategy


  • Collaborate with investigators on non-sponsored research and investigator-initiated studies


  • Represent the company at congresses and support relevant activities


  • Deliver engaging scientific presentations (presentation skills will be assessed during interviews)


  • Travel regularly for field engagement and meetings



The Successful Applicant



  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field (advanced degree preferred)


  • At least 2 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry; MSL experience a strong plus


  • Strong understanding of CNS therapeutic area and clinical research environment


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; outgoing and team-oriented


  • Strong project management and scientific presentation skills


  • Comfortable with regular business travel


  • Professional, adaptable, and collaborative in a cross-functional environment
