Job Description

  • Lead and align the strategy and execution across Medical Affairs and multiple key functions.
  • Act as a cross-functional connector between medical, regulatory, commercial, and global teams.
  • Represent the affiliate in regional/global discussions on medical and regulatory matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate SOPs, and global quality standards.
  • Develop and manage medical/regulatory strategies for pre- and post-market products.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team of specialists across functions.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, ethical practice, and scientific leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Medical/scientific background (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs with leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan's regulatory and access landscape.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with hands-on leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
