Job Description

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively position and promote our primary care products in the Taiwanese market.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  4. Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, and events, to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  5. Create compelling marketing collaterals, including product brochures, presentations, and sales tools, to support sales teams in achieving their targets.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to drive product adoption and advocacy.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to proactively adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
  9. Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and leverage global marketing resources when appropriate.
  10. Manage marketing budgets effectively and provide regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and key performance indicators.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree would be an advantage.
  2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, specifically in the primary care segment.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Taiwanese healthcare market, including its regulations, reimbursement systems, and customer dynamics.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  5. Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights.
  6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches.
  7. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  10. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  11. Leadership experience is a must
