They are now looking for a Marketing Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining temporary and fixed-term staff for their business operation.職務說明Ensure timely staffing of logistics centers by meeting daily worker hiring targets based on logistics volume and shift schedules.Acquisition (Marketing): Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., job portals, Meta, Google, LINE). Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC (Cost per Click), CPA (Cost per Applicant), and CPJ (Cost per Join).Conversion (Operations): Optimize the funnel from applicant to onboarding by improving conversion rates at each stage.Retention (Marketing): Enhance retention KPIs such as worker frequency and applicant pool depth.
