Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy for the obesity portfolio, with a focus on self-pay business models
  • Oversee and coach a team of three marketers (Associate Brand Manager, Brand Manager, and Senior Brand Manager) to deliver against brand goals and KPIs
  • Identify and prioritize key growth channels, particularly OBGYN clinics, private practice groups, and aesthetic/metabolic health centers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including medical, sales, market access, digital, and compliance to ensure integrated execution
  • Shape the commercial narrative and positioning in both digital and offline campaigns tailored to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Drive local adaptation of global strategies while integrating market insights and competitive intelligence
  • Monitor and manage marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI tracking
  • Lead launch planning and new product initiatives within the obesity therapeutic area



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences, Business, or related field


  • Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role


  • Strong background in self-pay product strategy and execution


  • Experience working with OBGYN, Aesthetic, weight loss clinics, or specialty outpatient settings is highly preferred


  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower high-performing marketing teams


  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and business acumen


  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
