About Our Client
The group has been developing in the market for decades, they offers multiple product lines and by enriching the beauty to daily life. They are pretty much seating in the leading position in different product categories with great products design and good value towards customers. They are now in need of a solid marketing head to drive Taiwan team forward. The group will put greater investment in Asia and for sure to further develop Taiwan. It's rare scope and position in Taiwan market.
- Initiate, plan and implement marketing strategy / action plans according to regional / international company guidelines and objectives.
- Lead and supervise all marketing functions including : media + PR, product management, research, retail data analysis, CRM and promotion.
- To lead product strategy, plan for new launches and franchises building, including:
- Develop annual media + PR plan
- Develop CRM plan
- Forecast and manage products inventory
- Prepare market / products / services research & analysis.
- Recruit, develop and appraise marketing department staffs to ensure its best productivity and results. Coach when necessary to ensure team's performance.
- Plan thoroughly and control over annual given marketing budget. Coordinate with finance dept. to ensure correct cost forecast and control.
- Prepare and maintain budgeting / reporting systems with accuracy.
- Coordinate efforts among sales, training and related stake holders to ensure plan execution
- Prepare all marketing related reports to local / regional management.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 13 years experience in marketing, prefer-bally in FMCG, luxury industries
- Proven team leadership in varied different functions.
- Excellent experience in budget planning & control in relation to business needs
