Our client is a leading domestic food and beverage company in Taiwan. They have a strong presence in the local market especially online channels and aim to expand their footprints in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. To support their growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead their marketing team and drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the local and SEA markets.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market penetration, and customer engagement in the domestic and SEA markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities in the local and SEA markets, and use these insights to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development of marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channels, tailored to local and SEA market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, including the development of sales support materials, promotional campaigns, and trade marketing activities.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and website optimization, to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, packaging, advertisements, and sales presentations, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as sales data, market share, consumer feedback, and campaign effectiveness, and use these insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, suppliers, advertising agencies, and media outlets, to maximize brand exposure and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure individual and team growth.


  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on the food and beverage industry, preferably in domestic and SEA markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of local and SEA market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce platforms, to drive online brand visibility and sales.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse marketing team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
