Job Description

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and implementing marketing plans to promote products, services, or the organization's brand. This includes market research, identifying target audiences, and setting marketing goals.
  • Managing Communication Channels: Overseeing all internal and external communications, including public relations, social media, content marketing, and advertising. Ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management: Developing and managing content for marketing materials, websites, social media, press releases, and other communication tools. Ensuring content aligns with the company's brand voice and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Maintaining and enhancing the company's brand image, ensuring it is consistently presented in all marketing and communication materials.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event marketing. Monitoring campaign performance and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Leadership: Leading and managing a team of marketing and communications professionals, providing guidance, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as sales and product teams, as well as external partners, like agencies and media, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Crisis Communication: Managing communication strategies during crises, ensuring the company's reputation is protected and stakeholders are informed.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies using various metrics and KPIs, and reporting results to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Good fashion sense with creative ideas about the brand / product launch
  • Candidates with certain PR / Marketing agencies working experience are highly preferred
  • Creative but also commercial
  • Fluent English to connect with brands' headquarter
