職務說明

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals through brand planning, execution, and coaching within the Business Unit.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to develop and execute promotional activities aimed at driving market share and achieving sales targets.
  • Ensure flawless execution of promotional tactics, working closely with cross-functional managers and external partners.
  • Develop strategic and executable launch plans for pipeline medications in Obesity, leveraging insights from customer and patient segmentation, competitive analysis, and lifecycle management.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and opportunities for brands, developing and executing pre- and post-launch strategies.
  • Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends, competition, product acceptance, and new product releases.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the therapeutic area, market trends, key thought leaders, advocacy organizations, and market insights to build effective brand strategies across various customer segments.
  • Utilize primary and secondary market research and analytics to direct brand strategies and optimize marketing tactics.
  • Analyze complex problems and situations, providing logical recommendations and leading action planning.
  • Lead launch readiness communications, utilizing readiness assessment frameworks and operational tools to ensure timely launch preparations.
  • Support the development of detailed patient-driven product forecasts for financial and demand planning purposes.
  • Ensure compliance in all interactions, liaising with regional and local compliance functions to align with internal and external policies.

  • Experience in leading marketers
  • Product launch experience and Primary care experience will be a plus
  • Good command in English
  • Solid marketing skillset and proven record
  • In-depth knowledge and recent experience in Obesity.
  • Experience managing advanced multichannel activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and medical teams at global, regional, and affiliate levels.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate clinical data/publications to support business objectives.
  • Proven ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external).
