Job Description

  • Work closely with business units to identify opportunities to enhance current solutions.
  • Actively engage with other regions that are ahead in their system rollout to gain valuable insights and accelerate the solution's delivery within your region.
  • Evolve functionality of existing tools and resource to understand operation and effectively utilize in key systems to enable data transfer or enhance user experience
  • Empowers the company's business community by providing comprehensive support and training in business systems, software, and hardware.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid IT project management experience with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Requirements Analysis & Process Mapping: Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements, along with mapping out current and future processes.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Proficient in designing solutions and architectures for both business applications and IT infrastructure, including application design methodologies (Agile included), interface design, capacity planning, and scalability considerations.
  • Business Analysis: Capable of conducting thorough business analysis to identify needs, assess options, and recommend solutions.
  • Supplier Management: Effectively manages relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and deliver quality services.
  • Financial Acumen: Possesses a strong understanding of financial concepts and budgetary management.
