Job Description

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with internal and external departments to ensure that project and production standards are met.
  • Process Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize the production process and implement improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Reporting: Assist in preparing, collecting, and analyzing project activities and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Support project planning, execution, documentation, meeting facilitation, and post-project review to maintain smooth operations.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) System: Establish a preventive maintenance (PM) system and lead the PM team in implementing PM activities effectively.
  • Additional Support: Carry out other duties related to production processes as needed.



The Successful Applicant

  • Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong skills in diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • PLC Programming: Ability to modify PLC programs as needed.
  • Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, automated packaging equipment, and PLC systems, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Maintenance Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance management, particularly in equipment maintenance.
