Job Description

  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for Taiwan operations.
  • Develop monthly commercial sales targets and projections, along with dashboards to monitor the performance of individual stores.
  • Execute month-end close processes, ensuring accurate and reasonable accruals based on input from budget owners.
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly financial and management reports, including financial performance packages and analytical support for operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage capital expenditure budgets by coordinating with the store planning team and accurately forecasting cash flow impacts based on project timelines.
  • Provide forecasts and updates as requested.
  • Review data and ensure compliance with IFRS16 standards.
  • Conduct OPEX variance analyses and recommend cost-saving actions where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the shared service team on month-end and year-end closings, annual audits, and daily operational monitoring.
  • Ensure account reconciliations are accurate and complete through regular reviews with the shared service team.
  • Continuously monitor internal control policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
  • Support senior leadership in improving management information systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders at various levels, understanding key business drivers, and recommending actionable plans to the leadership team.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and Accounting or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, or within a multinational retail environment is preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Hyperion, MicroStrategy, JDE, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated success in business partnership and collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Excellent forecasting and analytical skills, with proficiency in both "top-down" and "bottom-up" approaches, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly assess priorities, resourcefully accomplish tasks, handle ambiguity, and develop creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for building and maintaining financial models.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
