職務說明

  • Bylaws Management: Oversee the creation, revision, and enforcement of company bylaws in collaboration with the Operations department, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and business objectives.
  • Legal Issue Resolution: Address legal issues arising during business operations, preventing the transfer of legal risks to other departments and implementing proactive measures to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Compliance Auditing: Conduct regular audits of company procedures, practices, and documents to identify and rectify potential weaknesses or risks, maintaining adherence to internal controls and industry standards.
  • Contract Management: Manage executed contracts, ensuring timely updates, adherence to terms and conditions, and registration on relevant platforms for comprehensive oversight and compliance.
  • Compliance Education: Design and implement comprehensive compliance education and training programs for employees, with a focus on high-risk departments, to ensure understanding of regulations and processes.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Develop and maintain a robust regulatory monitoring system, including checklists and reporting mechanisms, to stay abreast of evolving legal requirements and prevent compliance lapses.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with government officials, agencies, and other stakeholders, advocating for policies that align with the company's interests and addressing any challenges or obstacles.
  • Public Relations: Manage the organization's public image and reputation by effectively communicating with the public, media, and government entities, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance and deliverables, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development aligned with individual skills and career aspirations.
  • Employee Development: Facilitate employee onboarding, encourage feedback between team members and managers, and support ongoing skill development to foster a high-performing and compliant work environment.

理想的應徵者

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal, Compliance, or Public Affairs within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in the multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of leadership, including experience in leading teams and coaching peers to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of laws, legal codes, court procedures, government regulations, and executive orders relevant to the FMCG industry, with the ability to stay updated on changes and developments.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes and propose optimal solutions, considering both importance and urgency.
  • Ability to analyze the policy direction of government agencies and anticipate the direct and indirect effects on the economy and the company, enabling proactive responses to regulatory changes.
  • Proficiency in identifying and planning for legal requirements necessary for business performance, based on a deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines impacting the industry.
