Job Description

* Accountable for providing maintenance support for the CRM system, encompassing data management and configuration oversight.
* Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of the business, fostering open communication and collaboration with the business team to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement.
* Analyze and evaluate business requirements, formulate and align system solutions, and execute delivery to actualize the business value proposition.
* Take a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge of industry-leading solutions and staying abreast of IT trends in relevant business domains, contributing to the development of the solution roadmap.

The Successful Applicant

* Over 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a related role.
* Holds a bachelor's degree in IT or a related business field.
* Possesses expertise in key business areas such as CRM/Consumer Engagement, Salesforce Automation, BI, Digital, or eCommerce.
* Familiarity with Office Automation, Salesfoce.com, Shopify, ETL, SQL Server, and Power BI is advantageous.
* Knowledgeable about system integration and architecture design; familiarity with EDI/MuleSoft is a plus.
* Proficient in communication using both technical and business language, both written and verbal. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
