Assess the financial implications of various strategic decisions, develop scenarios, and recommend actionable steps.Continuously monitor the cost structure of the Sales Unit. Identify sales efficiency KPIs, track cost trends, and contribute to the definition and follow-up of cost reduction initiatives.Collaborate with the GBS/COE team to ensure high-quality financial data reporting that adheres to Group Accounting & Reporting Guidelines, accounting principles, and financial closing schedules.Drive operational excellence and quality by fostering cross-functional collaboration and process improvements with shared service centers, GBS, and COE.Ensure the quality and accuracy of information reported across various group tools (e.g., ATLAS, rBook, Abacus).Implement risk management processes (e.g., risk reviews, SOX compliance, internal processes) consistently.Communicate early warnings and escalate potential risks as they arise.Support the maintenance of a safe working environment with continuous HSE improvements.
