Job Description

  • Provide oversight and governance of HR operational processes across Asia, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards and local regulations.
  • Partner with country HR teams to drive execution excellence and continuous improvement in core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits…etc).
  • Lead regional HR process improvement and automation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal.
  • Consolidate best practices from each country and translate them into scalable, cross-country solutions to enhance regional process efficiency.
  • Introduce and implement new digital tools where appropriate to support process transformation and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a change agent to promote process innovation and enhance employee experience through streamlined HR services.
  • Ensure effective implementation of global and regional HR initiatives within the Asia region.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR operations experience in a multinational company, with regional exposure preferred.
  • Proven track record in process redesign, automation, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, e.g.,SAP SuccessFactors and data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English
