About Our Client

  • Our client is a publicly traded company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and it's Taiwan's largest CDMO with a 50-year history in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • It supply drugs to over 100 countries in the world, including the US/Canada, Japan, EU, Asia, Middle East, and South and Central America. We provide outsourced CDMO, and CMO services for global pharmaceutical companies around the world.
  • Operating globally, our client are focused on developing, manufacturing, and selling branded, generic and over the counter (OTC) healthcare products for patients in Taiwan and around the world.

Job Description

  • Optimize and execute the talent development process.
  • Assist in the establishment of learning maps for various functional departments, and develop diversified training and development methods to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Include: (1) Identify and assess current and future training needs. (2) Develop and implement high-impact training programs for all levels of employees that address business needs. (3) Manage and utilize external training resources to fulfill internal learning needs (4) Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness.
  • Identify and integrate HR processes and practices in support of organizational and cultural transformation with a balanced global and local perspective.
  • Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree or above and a major in Human Resources, Psychology, MBA, or other related fields are preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR-related experience, passionate in the L&D domain. Experience in designing and implementing successful training programs at all levels and types.
  • Strong in team spirit, flexibility, taking initiative, learning agility, and accountability for results.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Work experience with a consulting agency will be a plus.
  • Conversant with business-level English requirements.
