職務說明

  • Design and execute strategic plans to meet the company's technological needs.
  • Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
  • Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
  • Manage the organization's technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems).
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver technology projects on time and within budget. ( ERP, Infra, Security, AI, Cloud/Infra)
  • Conduct technological audits and ensure compliance with best practices in the industry.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Technology & Telecoms trends and issues.

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • Experience in controlling information technology budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing IT team, will lead around 30+ members
  • Exceptional understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems.
  • Superior negotiation skills in an IT context.
