We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Manager for our T Account in the semiconductor department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and achieving sales, and building strong relationships with strategic clients.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
