Job Description

  • Lead tender bids and price negotiations to optimize business profitability.
  • Dive deep into market trends and competitor pricing.
  • Roll out new pricing strategies and manage high-price applications.
  • Be the go-to expert for pricing topics, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and represent the company in industry policy discussions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry, ideally with exposure to key account management or pricing.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to handle complex tender and pricing scenarios.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, especially with public or hospital stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BNHI policies and Taiwan's healthcare reimbursement system is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin; good proficiency in English is preferred.
