We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Lead to join our team and help drive our mission forward. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute the strategic plan for our therapeutic franchises, ensuring the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Job Description

Provide Strategic Direction and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within assigned accounts and craft actionable plans.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure cohesive account strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry regulations to proactively adjust strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a team by setting clear objectives, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance.



Develop Strong Customer Relationships and Foster Engagement:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
  • Understand the needs and goals of each account, tailoring solutions to align with their objectives.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering industry insights and innovative solutions.



Drive Revenue Growth and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements with key accounts.



Account Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive growth.
  • Conduct regular account planning meetings to align stakeholders and ensure consistent execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  • Track and report progress on account plan milestones, objectives, and KPIs to management.



Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Foster a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering excellent partnership and support.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and implement measures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactively address any customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Leadership experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic planning and project implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
