Job Description

  • Lead the overall IT operations in Taiwan, covering enterprise applications, infrastructure, and IT service delivery.
  • Partner with global IT teams to align local systems with regional and global technology strategies.
  • Oversee ERP and business application environments, ensuring stability, integration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and vendor relationships, including network, security, and end-user support.
  • Drive cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and international stakeholders.
  • Ensure IT governance, compliance, and operational reliability across all local systems.
  • Lead and develop the local IT team, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience leading enterprise IT environments within multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and enterprise systems, ideally within manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Experience managing both application and infrastructure teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with regional or global stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to balance execution and stakeholder management.
