Job Description

  • Define and own overall enterprise IT strategy, covering applications, ERP, infrastructure, and security
  • Lead ERP governance and system evolution, ensuring stability, scalability, and integration
  • Oversee application architecture across multiple internal systems and platforms
  • Guide internal and external development teams with coding awareness and code review capability
  • Drive process standardization, system governance, and architectural clarity
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-region teams and vendors to ensure consistent system direction

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an IT Head / IT Director or equivalent senior IT leadership role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, software development, and system architecture
  • Solid ERP experience (SAP or equivalent enterprise platforms)
  • Experience operating in large-scale or listed organizations
  • Able to balance business flexibility with system governance
  • Cross-region or global working experience preferred
