Job Description

  • Partner closely with our founder to cultivate and fortify relationships with both existing and prospective investors, leveraging your financial acumen to articulate company's value proposition and growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate on the creation of investor presentations, reports, and other communication materials, ensuring they effectively communicate our financial performance and business strategy to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate record of investor interactions, utilizing advanced analytics to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends and emerging issues relevant to our investor relations activities, providing real-time insights into market dynamics and investor sentiment.
  • Take the lead in organizing and coordinating investor events, including meetings, calls, and conferences, to facilitate meaningful engagement opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports, as well as regulatory filings and tax documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for investor inquiries and other stakeholder communications, maintaining professionalism and transparency in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enhancements in product offerings and customer experience, while proactively deepening relationships with current and prospective investors through tailored financial analysis and insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Business Administration field.
  • 3 years' experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, given frequent interactions with international investors.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and securities regulations.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and research skills.
