About Our Client

My client is a cutting-edge IoT start-up specializing in innovative technology. They are looking for an experienced iOS developer to build advanced features for their upcoming products and solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop advanced iOs applications with a focus on robustness, responsiveness, and user-centric design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and code reviews to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize application efficiency for a seamless user experience.
  • Maintain code quality and organization, including implementing automated testing and unit tests.
  • Engage in the entire app lifecycle, from initial concept through delivery and post-launch support.
  • Work with the UI/UX team to convert wireframes and designs into high-quality code.

The Successful Applicant

【Essential】

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in iOS app development, with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store.
  • Deep familiarity with Objective-C and Swift programming languages, and Cocoa Touch.
  • Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc., as well as offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.



【Desirable】

  • Experience with continuous integration.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and networking protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
  • Knowledge of using additional sensors, like gyroscopes and accelerometers.
  • Familiarity of low-level C-based libraries.
  • Experience integrating payment gateway and third-party libraries/APIs in mobile apps.
  • Strong understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and test-driven development.
