You'll design and lead the company's information security governance system across global sites.This role combines strategic planning, compliance management, and hands-on leadership in IT/OT security.

Our client is a global industrial solutions provider serving sectors like manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.

To strengthen digital resilience, they're establishing a dedicated InfoSec function to enhance governance, compliance, and incident response.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement company-wide information security policies and governance structure.
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage audits, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with IT and manufacturing units to improve IT/OT security posture.
  • Promote InfoSec awareness and manage external audits or customer security assessments.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years in information security, with 3+ years in management or governance roles.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI-DSS frameworks.
  • Familiar with EDR, DLP, SIEM, and network protection tools.
  • Great communicator able to translate security risks into business context.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
