Job Description

  • Define and lead the global information security and compliance strategy to protect the company's information assets and ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with executive management to define acceptable risk levels and align cybersecurity with business priorities.
  • Oversee implementation of enterprise-wide standards covering IT and OT environments, including cloud infrastructure, manufacturing systems, and remote workforce.
  • Drive certification readiness and compliance with international frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST.
  • Develop disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) plans to ensure operational resilience.
  • Establish measurable KPIs to communicate security performance and value to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a global security team, cultivating a strong culture of awareness, accountability, and proactive risk management.
  • Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure independent verification and continuous improvement of controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of management experience with at least 5-8 years in information security, audit, or risk management.
  • Proven track record in leading global security governance, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of both IT and OT security frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance ecosystem (Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Intune) is highly advantageous.
  • Experienced in implementing ISO 27001 or similar certification programs.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISSMP, or CCISO strongly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English with the ability to communicate effectively across executive and technical levels.
  • Strategic mindset with strong influencing and leadership skills across multicultural teams.
