Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement procedures, track purchasing savings, and oversee supplier management across the business unit.
  • Lead procurement performance reporting, analyze procurement categories, and optimize supplier coverage.
  • Drive process improvements, including procurement process optimization, digital transformation, and sustainable procurement initiatives.
  • Support subsidiaries in supplier risk assessments, strategic supplier management, and contract development.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years of procurement experience, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment.
  • Experience in CAPEX/EPC/MRO proucrement with strong knowledge of procurement processes, systems is preferred.
  • Great in English and Mandarin with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, with Google Suite experience preferred, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
