  • This company is a medium-sized branch of an international organization operating in the B2C sector. They are committed to delivering excellence in their financial operations and maintaining a strong compliance framework.

Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for local and regional management.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Provide insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and resource optimization.
  • Review key financial metrics, conduct variance analysis, and propose improvement actions.
  • Track KPIs, variances, and financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Support management with financial analyses and decision proposals for strategic initiatives, including feasibility and profitability studies.
  • Develop financial models and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
  • Undertake additional financial analysis and projects as assigned by the Finance Division or management.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
