- Full-function HR Strategy planning and execution.
- Establish and optimise HR management system and procedures.
- Enhance commitment of employee and build up unite company culture.
- Promote employee relations and help build a culture of corporate culture;
- 3-5 years HR full-function experience, with technical recruiting experience is a plus.
- A bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Familiar with labor laws and HR operational procedures establishment.
- Equip with good communication and coordination skills
