About Our Client

- Responsible for the related planning, execution and management of the Human Resources Department
- Promote and implement recruitment plan to target right talents for the organization.
- Review and optimize employee compensation and benefit policy.
- Maintain and create good working conditions and environment, and as main contact window of labor inspection and labor laws.
The Successful Applicant
At least 8 years HR full-function experience, with at least 2 years management experience.
A bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
Familiar with labor laws and HR operational procedures establishment.
Equip with good communication and coordination skills
