- Co-work with line managers to plan and execute HR projects and initiatives.
- Deliver training for managers to enhance their capacity.
- Collect feedback from managers and employees to create better working environment.
- Organize activities for employee to enhance their connection with the company.
The Successful Applicant
- A bachelor or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields with general knowledge of business management and operations.
- Familliar with Labor law in China.
- At least 8 years HR Full-function experience and 3 years management experience in Taiwan or China.
- With experience in retail industry will be a plus.
