The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in HR, Psychology or business administration.
- 10+ years' extensive working experience in HR with the strong tracking record of success.
- 5+ years in managerial role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strategic Partner Mindset to be able to work with CEO for business strategy
