About Our Client

⭐Li-Cheng Enterprise is one of the leading manufacturers for spacer fabrics who is operating with vertical production line (from knitting to dyeing & finishing) and advanced equipments. They are expanding and exclusively working with us to search for a newly created role - Head of HR

Job Description

  • Support key HR policies and practices through regular interaction with leadership team and organization.

  • Develop critical programs to support the business to include but not limited to: Organizational Development & Design, People Management Programs, Change Mgmt,Mgmt Performance, MgmtSystem & Process, Reward System, Talent Management, Training Strategies, Recruiting & Staffing, etc.
  • Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes HR services, employee recognition and team building support.
  • Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicates, supports and integrates the results of the strategic planning process.
  • Conduct/design training needs assessment to prioritize most impactful training over other training needs. This should be tied directly to the company's strategic plan, to support Company direction and priorities.
  • Establish a recruiting strategy for each location and ensure management interview training is implemented to ensure candidate selection and interview questions are following a fair and consistent process.
  • Lead the implementation of a performance management system that includes performance development plans and employee development programs/opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimal 15 years of HR experience, with covering from HQ is recommended
  • Bi-lingual (Mandarin and English)
  • Leadership - has experienced in large matrix organisation, with proven track records of developing and expanding team
  • Experience in Textile, Manufacturing/Production industry is preferred
  • Travel between Taichung and YunLin
