Job Description

  • Lead the integration of new technologies and solutions across internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee technical support operations to ensure efficient issue resolution and a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize integration workflows and support services.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and support teams.
  • Analyze and address technical challenges, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Report on key performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support interoperability testing and readiness across product lines and platforms.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs for partners and customers.

The Successful Applicant

Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise AV systems, visual technology integration, or related technical environments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of AV-over-IP, control systems, and large-scale display solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.



Preferred:

  • Experience in technology deployment for enterprise, education, or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with interoperability testing and certification processes.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences through technology.
