Our client is an international scale company with HQ based in Taiwan. The core value is to "enrich women's life" by a broad portfolio in underwear and essential oils. Ultimately, our client is developing an empire not only in East Asia but also the South East Asia.
- Develop sales strategies, initiatives and promotions for all markets in order to achieve the country sales target.
- Expand and enhance the communications channels between distributors and company by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information.
- Coach and mentor distributor team to hold on high team morale to further boost sales performance.
- Develop integrated event plans & incentive trip programs to support the business goals & manage the implementation of those plans while staying within budget.
- Utilise expertise in recommending & implementing event management & incentive trips.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 6 years of MLM industry experience as management role in sales or marketing function.
- Track record on hitting sales target.
- Good leadership and problem solving skills.
- Available to travel within Taiwan main island.
- English communication skill is a plus.
