Job Description

  • First Sales Hire in Asia: Establish commercial footprint in APAC/GC/Taiwan.
  • Customer-Led Growth: Capture rapidly expanding demand for factory automation and AI-powered inspection in Asia.
  • Strategic Impact: Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy while building the sales team from the ground up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to adapt strategies accordingly.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales - APAC should have:

  • 10+ years in enterprise B2B sales within industrial technology, automation, or AI-based systems.
  • End-to-end sales expertise: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Proven track record: Closed enterprise deals in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
  • Independent execution: Ability to generate and close business autonomously, ideally in a startup or early-market environment.
