Job Description



  • Develop and execute strategic plans for real estate operations aligned with long-term business growth.


  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercial leases and purchase agreements for new properties.


  • Manage existing leases and real estate assets, including renewals, improvements, and negotiations.


  • Conduct market analysis to guide property selection, considering competition, customer demographics, and location trends.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance and seamless execution.


  • Liaise with brokers, legal advisors, and contractors to manage acquisitions, renovations, and capital improvement projects.


  • Oversee facility management and ensure maintenance standards are met within budget.


  • Track real estate performance and present insights and updates to senior leadership.


  • Keep current on real estate trends and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).


  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally within retail or e-commerce environments.


  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with lease management, acquisitions, and market evaluations.


  • Proficiency in legal and zoning regulations related to real estate.


  • Financial modeling and analytical capabilities.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.


  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
