A global leader in high-tech manufacturing is seeking a senior executive to lead its Planning &amp; Delivery (P&amp;D) operations in Taiwan. This role drives end-to-end planning and logistics strategies for multiple factories and plays a critical role in supporting global demand, supply, and transformation initiatives.

Our client is a world-class manufacturer known for its advanced production systems and complex, global supply chain network.

Job Description



  • Lead planning and logistics activities for two major factories in Taiwan, ensuring seamless material availability and cost-efficient delivery.


  • Manage 3PL relationships, warehouse contracts, and transport infrastructure, aligned with global frameworks.


  • Oversee 0-3 year planning cycles, including end-item planning, demand/supply balancing, and escalation handling.


  • Represent Taiwan's Planning & Delivery function globally, deploying and maintaining planning and logistics standards in alignment with global operations.

The Successful Applicant



  • 15+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain leadership, preferably in semiconductor or capital equipment industries.


  • Strong in both tactical planning and operational logistics, with transformation and program management exposure.


  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior and global levels.


  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
