Job Description

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and forecast accuracy.
  • Steer long-term strategic planning and identify growth and efficiency opportunities through structured analysis.
  • Act as a key finance partner, offering actionable insights to support decision-making and business performance.
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive initiatives that enhance revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and elevate operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and management insights to local and regional leadership teams.
  • Analyze financial data to identify investment opportunities, revenue optimization levers, and efficiency improvements.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads, offering financial guidance to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business cases for new initiatives and operational enhancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Partner closely with the Financial Control team to enhance reporting accuracy, including rebate-related provisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years of FP&A experience, ideally within healthcare MNC or similarly complex industries; at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to partner, influence, and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Sharp business mindset with strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Skilled at simplifying complex financial topics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
