理想的應徵者

15+ years of experience in firmware development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
Strong background in embedded systems, firmware architecture, and hardware-software integration in server industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex engineering projects.
Skilled in programming languages commonly used in firmware development (e.g., C/C++, Python).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer and executive engagement.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in embedded systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to decision-making.
