Job Description

1. People & Team Leadership

  • Lead multiple team leaders and functional teams across different technical areas.
  • Develop and retain talent, including high potentials and key experts.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.



2. Operations & Capacity Planning

  • Oversee factory engineering and resource planning.
  • Drive operational results in line with strategic goals and budget.
  • Ensure realization of KPIs and lead cross-sector project execution.



3. Continuous Improvement (CI)

  • Champion CI culture and initiatives across teams.
  • Translate CI into measurable business impact and financial performance.



4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage complex stakeholder networks up to senior leadership.
  • Influence cross-functional decisions and align on strategic direction.



5. Strategy & Policy

  • Support long-term capability planning and annual operations strategy.
  • Contribute to site-level improvement programs and organizational design optimization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent working level)
  • Extensive experience in factory engineering and team management
  • Proven skills in planning, cross-functional leadership, and performance management
  • Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
