Job Description

  • Develop and implement long-term IT/OT roadmaps aligned with local and global objectives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and site management.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of IT/OT solutions.
  • Navigate cultural differences and regional regulations across APAC countries.
  • Design and manage OT infrastructure with advanced knowledge of IT security and system integration.
  • Lead complex OT projects, including installations, system migrations, and lifecycle management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field, with 10+ years in IT/OT environments.
  • 5+ years leading OT teams and delivering global IT/OT projects aligned with business goals.
  • Expertise in legacy system migration, modern digital infrastructure, and IT/OT integration.
  • Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, mentoring, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Committed to service excellence, compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL), and fostering collaboration.
