You will join their agile Transformation Department, focused on continuous learning and the responsible use of technology.

Job Description

  • Set Governance Standards: Develop, implement, and enforce the enterprise AI framework, ensuring strict adherence to both global corporate policies and local financial regulations.
  • Cultivate AI Literacy: Design and execute a company-wide learning roadmap to elevate AI understanding and culture at all organizational levels.
  • Strategy Alignment: Serve as the main connector between local teams, global headquarters, and senior leadership to ensure AI initiatives support the overarching business strategy.
  • Institutionalize Knowledge: Create and maintain centralized repositories of AI best practices, translating project learnings into standardized, scalable operating playbooks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Track Record: At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, or consulting, with 2+ years managing significant AI or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Advanced degree (Master's preferred) in areas like Data Science, AI, Information Management, Statistics..
  • Technical Authority: Comfortable with the core concepts of Machine Learning, GenAI, and NLP.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to influence and drive change across different departments, coupled with strong stakeholder management and strategic communication skills.
  • Global Communication: Fluent English is mandatory for effective collaboration with the international leadership and headquarters.
