Job Description

  • Define and execute sourcing strategies and manage Commodity Managers.
  • Lead negotiations, contract development, and achieve cost savings.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers, fostering key business relationships.
  • Drive cost optimization and strategic procurement initiatives.
  • Mentor staff in long-term strategic planning and category management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years in procurement with strategic sourcing domain
  • 5+ years leadership experience.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a proven cost-saving track record.
  • Extensive experience in commodity and supplier management, especially in electronics manufacturing.
