Job Description



  • Strategy Development: Creating and implementing effective sales strategies that align with company objectives and target market needs.


  • Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales personnel to build a high-performing team. This includes setting clear goals and providing ongoing support.


  • Performance Management: Monitoring team performance through KPIs, analyzing results, and making necessary adjustments to improve sales outcomes.


  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.


  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and using this information to refine sales tactics.
