Monitors cash flow closely and implements measures to improve Net Working Capital.Risk Management Identifies and communicates commercial and financial risks and opportunities arising from business activities. Executes risk assessment procedures in compliance with global policies to mitigate potential exposures effectively.Project Controlling Provides financial expertise to Project Managers during the execution phase, focusing on risk mitigation and financial performance improvement (e.g., margin and cash flow). Coordinates monthly Project Reviews to supply key inputs for financial estimation processes.Financial Reporting and Business Information Develops and supervises processes and tools to ensure reliable and transparent financial data and business insights. Guarantees the quality of financial information in adherence to established standards and reporting schedules.Internal Controls and Compliance Maintains transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Implements robust internal controls for financial and non-financial operations, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. Facilitates internal and external audits.Procurement and Logistics Oversees procurement activities within the SCM team, ensuring high-quality delivery services and cost-effective transactions. Ensures adherence to quality and commercial procedures, minimizing risks related to quality and financial exposure in line with company guidelines.Communication with Internal Stakeholders Facilitates effective communication with Local/Country/HBU Controllers, the Accounting team, and other internal stakeholders.
