About Our Client

Our client is dedicated to excellence in supply chain management, with operations across multiple regions. Their Asia team collaborates closely with HQ to deliver high-performance standards and continuous improvement across sourcing and supply processes.

Job Description

  • Develop and enhance processes and tools for cross-functional communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, ensuring KPI achievement and on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to meet product, capacity, and delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Quality teams on issue resolution and adherence to production schedules.
  • Track supplier performance, report key metrics, and drive strategies for improvement.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in Bike or related industries , including sourcing and supply planning, project management is a plus.
  • Good English communication skills, leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in Excel.
